By accessing or using the services provided by Lender Fuel and MyMortgageGPT, you agree to these Terms.

2) Description of service; no professional advice

We provide AI‑assisted mortgage guidance, lead routing, and lender tools. We are not a lender, broker, attorney, or financial advisor. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be solely relied upon for financial decisions. Always verify with qualified professionals and your lender’s underwriting.

3) Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a contract and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities under your account.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to: (i) violate laws or third‑party rights; (ii) reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service; (iii) upload malicious or infringing content; (iv) misrepresent identity; (v) scrape or bulk export without permission; (vi) use outputs to violate fair lending or consumer protection laws.

5) User content and license

You retain ownership of your inputs and uploaded content. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create non‑derivative operational copies solely to provide and improve the services (including model quality, safety, and reliability), subject to our Privacy Policy.

6) AI outputs

Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before use. We may use automated and manual safety controls to prevent misuse.

7) Fees and billing (lenders and paid plans)

Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Charges, taxes, and fees are billed via Stripe; you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Changes to pricing or plans will be communicated in advance where required.

Except where required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non‑refundable for the current term; cancellation stops future renewals.

You must keep your billing information current. Chargebacks may lead to suspension.

8) SMS program terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from us (MyMortgageGPT Alerts). Message frequency varies. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For support, email [email protected]

9) Third‑party services and CRMs

When enabled, we may connect to CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or other third‑party services on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party systems.

10) Ownership and IP

We own the services, software, models, and content we provide (excluding your content). These Terms do not grant you any rights except as expressly set out.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

12) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IN ANY 6‑MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD.

13) Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third‑party rights.

14) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk, non‑payment, or legal requirements. You may terminate at any time; certain provisions survive termination.

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

16) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
